Conditions apply to all tenancies:
- 2 weeks rent in advance, $150 letting/administration fee
- Rent payable 2 weeks in advance
- Residents must keep apartment clean and tidy at all times
- Valid credit card for security.
- Utilities covered up to the value of $120 per month. Any excess will be charged to account. (This cost may be deducted from 6 month minimum stay if tenant arranges own utilities).
