Conditions apply to all tenancies:

• 2 weeks rent in advance, $150 letting/administration fee
• Rent payable 2 weeks in advance
• Residents must keep apartment clean and tidy at all times
• Valid credit card for security.
• Utilities covered up to the value of $120 per month. Any excess will be charged to account. (This cost may be deducted from 3 month minimum stay if tenant arranges own utilities).
